Modern Warfare 4 arrives on 23 October 2026 and is the first Call of Duty to drop the previous console generation.

There is no PlayStation 4 or Xbox One version. It needs a PS5, Xbox Series X or S, a PC, or a Nintendo Switch 2.

And as always: each copy is for one specific console. Ask which they own before ordering.

The most recent release: Black Ops 7 (November 2025), with a story campaign, multiplayer and the Zombies mode.

A note for parents: the games offer in-game purchases through a virtual currency. They play fine without them, and consoles have parental controls.
