How to choose a tablet
Screen size — 8 to 9 inches for reading and portability, 10 to 11 for general use and video, 12 and above for work with a keyboard and split screen. Inches cost weight: a 12-inch tablet is not comfortable to hold one-handed.
Memory and storage — 4GB RAM is enough for video and browsing, 6-8GB if you work with many apps at once. Many Samsung and Lenovo models take a microSD card, which solves storage cheaply.
Stylus — if you take notes or draw, check whether the model supports a stylus and whether one is included. It is not a given, even on expensive models.
The brands
Samsung — our largest range, from the affordable Galaxy Tab A to the Tab S with an AMOLED display and S Pen. Lenovo — excellent value, with models aimed at family use and entertainment. Apple — iPad for those who want the iOS ecosystem and the longest update support.
Huion: drawing tablets, not tablets
The 31 Huion devices are not tablets in the usual sense. They are graphics tablets that connect to a computer and turn a stylus into a precision pointer for digital art, photo editing and digital signatures.
If you draw or work with images, this is the tool you want — but it needs a computer to function. If you want a standalone device for drawing, look at a tablet with stylus support.

Frequently asked questions
- Which size should I choose?
- 10 to 11 inches is the most balanced for general use. Under 9 for portability and reading, over 12 only if you will work with a keyboard.
- Is a stylus included?
- Not always, even on expensive models. Check the specifications on each product — and if none is included, there are styluses in the accessories.
- What is a Huion tablet?
- A graphics device that connects to a computer and allows drawing with a stylus. It does not work standalone and does not replace a tablet.
- Can a tablet survive a child using it?
- With a rugged case with reinforced corners and a protector, yes. There are dedicated children’s cases with handles in the accessories.
- What warranty do they carry?
- 273 of the 332 devices carry a 24-month warranty, as European consumer law requires.
Choose the size based on where you will hold it, not on the specification list. And budget from the start for a case with a stand — it is the accessory that decides whether you actually use it.
