What used means here

These are not machines of unknown origin. The overwhelming majority is business equipment from corporate fleets — machines bought by companies, used in offices for three or four years and returned at the end of a lease.

That is what makes the difference: they were built to last, they lived in stable office conditions, and they are repairable and upgradeable with plentiful spare parts.

On some products you will see a condition grade, such as Grade A, as supplied to us. On others there is none — and that does not mean worse condition, it simply means that particular unit came without a grading. If appearance matters to you, ask us about the specific unit before ordering.

The categories

The argument, without exaggeration

A four-year-old business machine often works better and lasts longer than a cheap new one at the same price — because the first was built for eight hours of daily use and the second was built to hit a price.

Where it fits: an office, accounts, a student, remote work, a second machine and particularly a business equipping several desks — for the same money you get two or three workstations instead of one, all identical.

Where it does not fit: gaming, video editing, 3D design. Office machines do not have a powerful graphics card. If you need that, tell us before ordering.

Warranty, condition and returns

Warranty. On most products we provide a 6-month functional warranty, and on some 12 months — it is stated on each product. Beyond that, your statutory consumer rights regarding defects apply.

Batteries. In laptops, phones and tablets, the battery is a consumable and has already degraded. It is the most common point of misunderstanding — ask us about the specific unit before ordering.

Returns. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases, under the applicable terms.

And the general advice: ask us first. With used goods, one question before ordering saves a return afterwards.
