Warranties, Returns & Cancellations
1. Product Warranties
All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the manufacturer (from 6 months to lifetime limited). You can find the exact warranty period in the technical specifications of each product.
European Warranty: Techbox products are intended for the European market. You can obtain service:
- Directly through the official Greek representative (where available).
- Directly through the manufacturer.

2. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days of receipt, exclusively if you are an individual (private consumer).
- The product must be in its original condition (sealed).
- Returns are not accepted if an Invoice has been issued.
- Exceptions: Digital products (software licenses) and clothing/hygiene items cannot be returned after delivery.
3. Defective Products & Procedure
If a product presents a defect under warranty, it must be returned for inspection and repair/replacement upon confirmation by the manufacturer.
- Inspection Time: Approximately 15 business days from receipt by the authorized service center.
- Shipping Costs: If the defect is confirmed, Techbox covers the cost of return shipping to you.
4. Shipping Instructions
Packaging: Please place the product in an outer box for protection. It must include all accessories (cables, manuals, original packaging).
Shipping Method: Only via courier (at your expense) or in person at our headquarters.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
- Cancellation & refund is possible only within 1 business day of the order.
- After 1 working day, cancellation is not possible.
- Alternative: If you no longer wish to wait, you have the option to exchange your order for any other item currently in stock in our warehouse, ensuring you receive your items as quickly as possible.
