The small parts that solve the problems of a build: vertical graphics card mounts, fan controllers, dust filters, screws and drive adapter brackets.
- Brackets and risers for vertical graphics card mounting
- Fan controllers and splitters for multiple connections
- Dust filters, screws, standoffs and 2.5 to 3.5-inch drive adapters
- A small category, but it solves problems nothing else does
What each one solves
Vertical graphics card mount. It turns the card so it faces the glass side panel instead of pointing down. One caution: in cases without enough clearance from the glass, the card may not breathe properly.
Fan controller. Useful when you have more fans than motherboard headers. Connect them all to one controller and adjust them together.
Drive adapter bracket. Lets a 2.5-inch drive mount in a 3.5-inch bay — the most common obstacle when fitting a SATA SSD in an older case.
Dust filters. Magnetic sheets that sit over the air intakes and come off for cleaning in ten seconds.
The screws that are always missing
Every build eventually reaches the point where one screw or one motherboard standoff is missing. It is the most irritating kind of stop, because everything else is ready. A screw set costs very little and saves you a wasted day.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a bracket to fit a 2.5-inch SSD?
- If your case has no dedicated 2.5-inch mount, yes. An adapter bracket secures it in a 3.5-inch bay.
- Is vertical graphics card mounting worth it?
- Aesthetically yes. Functionally, mind the clearance from the glass — if it is tight, the card runs hotter.
- When do I need a fan controller?
- When you have more fans than motherboard headers, or when you want to adjust them all together.
- Can dust filters be cleaned?
- Yes, magnetic ones lift off by hand, rinse and go back. It is the easiest maintenance you can do.
