VESA is the only thing that must match
On the back of almost every monitor there are four screws in a square. The distance between them in millimetres is the VESA standard, and it is the one critical number: the most common are 75×75 and 100×100 on desktop monitors, with larger patterns on big screens.
The second number is weight. Every arm states a limit, and an arm that cannot carry your monitor will not hold it in place — it will sag every time you adjust it.
If your monitor has no VESA holes at all — which happens on several budget models — there are dedicated adapters. Send us the model and we will check.
Arm, stand or wall mount?
Desk arm. It clamps to the edge of the desk or passes through a grommet hole. It adjusts height, depth, tilt and rotation — and frees the entire surface beneath. The best choice for daily work.
Desk stand. A simple base without a clamp, for fixed placement when you need no adjustment.
Wall mount. For a monitor on a wall — in a shop, a meeting room, or where the desk cannot take a clamp.
Dual or triple arm. It holds two or three monitors aligned at the same height — something separate feet never quite achieve.
Why it is not a luxury
A neck does not hurt from one day of hunched work — it hurts after two years. And by then an arm will not fix it; it takes physiotherapy.
An arm costs as much as an accessory and permanently solves three things: height, distance and desk space. It is one of the few purchases you remember every day in a good way.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I know it fits my monitor?
- Measure the distance between the four screws on the back in millimetres — usually 75×75 or 100×100. Also check the arm’s weight limit.
- My monitor has no VESA holes.
- There are dedicated adapters for many models. Send us the exact model and we will check.
- Will my desk take the clamp?
- Most clamps need a surface of a certain thickness and a solid edge. On a glass desk, pay particular attention to the weight limit.
- Can I mount two monitors?
- Yes, with a dual arm. It is also the only way to keep them genuinely level and aligned.
- Do I lose the monitor warranty?
- No. Using the standard VESA mount is provided for by the manufacturer.
