Why it is worth checking
In a store with tens of thousands of items, the new gets lost inside the existing. This page is the fastest way to see what has changed since your last visit without going through category after category.
It is also where new generations of products appear first — a new console line, accessories for a phone that has just launched, a new collectible series.

Why some subcategories are sometimes empty
The subcategories here have no fixed content: they fill themselves when new stock arrives in the corresponding branch and empty out once those products are no longer considered new. If you find one empty, it is not a fault — nothing new has arrived there lately.
The same applies to branches that refresh less often than others, such as software or spare parts. As soon as a new item is received, the category reappears automatically.

- Every time we receive and list new items. In fast-moving branches such as collectibles and phone accessories, that happens very often.
- Why does a subcategory show no products?
- Because nothing new has arrived in that branch recently. It reappears automatically as soon as a new item is received.
- Are new products always more expensive?
- No. Price depends on the product, not on how recently it entered the store. Several new arrivals appear in the clearance section at the same time.
- Can I order something before it arrives?
- For certain products we accept pre-orders. If there is something specific you do not see yet, just ask us.
- Do they carry the same warranty?
- Yes. Same warranty, same dispatch from Thessaloniki and the same right of return as every other product in the store.
