- How do I find the right ink or toner?
- From the exact printer model, not the brand. The codes look very much alike and a single letter difference means it will not fit. The model is usually printed on the front or back of the printer. If you are unsure, send it to us.
- Do I need a UPS?
- If you work on a computer, probably yes – and it is the product very few think about until they lose work in a power cut. A UPS gives you time to save and shut down properly, and protects against sudden fluctuations.
- What is the most noticeable office upgrade?
- A second monitor. It is cheaper than most people think and changes the way you work more than any other change on the desk.
- Do you carry professional equipment?
- Yes. Beyond the usual peripherals, we stock POS systems and barcode scanners, label printers, 3D printers and professional networking. If you are fitting out a shop or warehouse, ask us first.
- My laptop does not have enough ports – what do I do?
