Toner, drum or both?
A laser printer has two consumables that get confused. The toner is the powder that becomes the print and runs out often. The drum is the part that transfers the powder to the paper and lasts many times more pages, usually several toner changes.
With some manufacturers the two are combined in one unit, so you change both together. With others they are separate, and you buy a drum only when the printer asks for it. Your code shows which case applies.
