When the problem is a part, not the machine
It pulls two sheets together, or pulls them crooked. Almost always a worn feed roller: the rubber polishes over the years and loses its grip. It is a part costing a few euro.
It jams repeatedly at the same point. Usually something worn or a foreign object in the paper path, not an electronics failure.
A maintenance message. Lasers count pages and ask for a maintenance kit at a set threshold. It does not mean the machine has failed — it means scheduled servicing is due.
In all three cases, replacing one part costs a fraction of a new machine and adds years of service.

You need the exact printer code — not the commercial series name — and, if possible, the part code from the service manual. Send them to us and we will identify it.
