What to look at before choosing
Battery and charging — for most people this matters more than the processor. Above 5,000 mAh means a comfortable day of heavy use; fast charging means a fifteen-minute stop saves you.
Years of updates — now the single most important measure of a phone’s useful life. Samsung, Google and Apple flagships get many years of security updates, while budget models get fewer. A phone that stops receiving updates becomes a risk, not merely old.
Display — AMOLED for deep blacks and better readability in sunlight, 120Hz for fluid motion. Storage — 128GB is the sensible minimum today; if you shoot a lot of video, look at 256GB or a device that takes a memory card.
The brands we carry and what each is for
Samsung is our largest range, from the mid-range A series to the S line and the foldables. Motorola dominates the value tier with the Moto G and E, offering clean Android and large batteries. Apple for those who want iOS and the longest update support.
Xiaomi delivers the most features per euro, Google Pixel the best computational photography and the fastest updates, while Honor, Oppo, OnePlus, Vivo and Realme offer competitive alternatives that often pack higher specifications at the same price.
Do not forget the essentials
Most current phones do not include a charger in the box. Budget for one alongside a case and screen protector — all three together cost very little against a broken display.

Frequently asked questions
- What warranty do the phones carry?
- 821 of the 939 devices carry 24 months, which is also the statutory conformity guarantee for consumers in the European Union. The exact term is stated on each product.
- Is a charger included?
- On most current models no — the box usually contains only a cable. Budget for a charger with the initial purchase.
- How many years of updates will it get?
- It depends on the manufacturer and tier. Samsung, Google and Apple flagships are supported for many years, budget models for fewer. It is the criterion that decides how long the device really lasts.
- Do I need 256GB?
- If you shoot a lot of video or keep a large photo library locally, yes. Otherwise 128GB is enough, especially on a device with a memory card slot.
- Can I order the accessories at the same time?
- Yes, and it makes sense: case, glass and charger for the same model, in one order and one delivery.
