The types
- Classic ceramic — 315-330 ml, dishwasher safe, microwave safe. The safe choice.
- Heat Change — the design changes when hot liquid is added. HAND WASH ONLY — a dishwasher destroys the effect.
- 3D / shaped — a mug shaped as a character or object. Striking, but usually hand wash.
- Thermal & bottles — stainless steel, double walled. NEVER in a microwave.
Care
The rule is simple: anything with an effect or metal goes in the sink. Classic printed ceramic survives a dishwasher, but even there a low-temperature cycle keeps the colour alive for years longer.

- A mug with thermochromic paint: when hot liquid is added, the black layer turns transparent and reveals a hidden design. The effect returns as it cools.
- Are they dishwasher safe?
- Classic ceramic mugs are. Heat change, 3D and metal ones are not — a dishwasher ruins the effect or finish. Hand wash those.
- Are they microwave safe?
- Classic ceramic mugs are. Never metal ones, thermal flasks, or anything with metallic detail or gold printing.
- What capacity are they?
- A standard mug is 315-330 ml. Jumbo sizes exceed 400 ml, and espresso sizes also exist. Capacity is stated on the product.
- Are they official products?
- Yes, every design is released under licence from the rights holders.
- Can I collect my order from the shop?
- Yes, choose collection at checkout — safer for fragile items anyway.
