If you are building, the order of decisions matters. Processor and motherboard together, because the socket must match. Memory immediately after, because the board determines DDR4 or DDR5.
Then the graphics card according to your use, and a power supply that meets its requirements — in watts and in connectors. The case last, because only then do you know the board size, card length and cooler height.
