Kioxia – Flash memory and SSDs
Japanese memory company, formerly Toshiba Memory
Kioxia is the continuation of Toshiba Memory, the division that invented NAND flash memory in 1987. The name changed in 2019, the technology did not.
It manufactures its own BiCS FLASH chips, something very few companies worldwide do. The range runs from 64GB USB sticks to enterprise SSDs of 30 terabytes.
