Attack on Titan – Characters & Collectibles
One of the very few major series that has definitively ended. And that changes what collecting it means.

What age it is for – read this first
Attack on Titan looks like an action anime for teenagers. It is considerably harsher than that.
It contains extreme violence: people eaten alive, graphic deaths, scenes that disturb even adults. It is aimed at older teenagers and adults.
The products are of course innocent – figures, t-shirts, keyrings. But if you are considering letting a child watch it, watch it yourself first.
A story that ended – and means it
Most major anime run indefinitely. Attack on Titan does not.
The manga is finished, the anime is finished, and the film The Last Attack delivered the definitive conclusion.
Its creator, Hajime Isayama, has said publicly that he has no plans for a continuation – and, with notable honesty, that he does not believe he could write anything comparable again.
Why this matters as a buyer: the series is a completed work. There is no next season to wait for, no risk of it "going wrong". Whatever you buy relates to a story that has already been judged.
Who is who
Short, black hair, permanently grim. The most commercial character – ahead of the protagonist.
The protagonist. Brown hair, green eyes.
Short black hair and a red scarf – her defining mark.
Blond, the strategist of the group.
The blue and white crossed-wings emblem – the mark of the Survey Corps. It is a design that stands alone: it works on a t-shirt or keyring without showing a character at all.
What is happening now
Although the story has ended, the franchise has not stopped producing:
- Attack on Titan 3 – a new video game, announced in June 2026. No date given.
- New illustrations every month from the anime's former chief animation director.
- A concert tour of the series' music during 2026.
- The film The Last Attack returned to cinemas this year.
No new anime has been announced, and by the creator's own account none is expected.
What to choose
