Thermal labels: no ink required
Thermal labels need no ink or toner: the printer heats the special paper to form the print. That is why they are used in shipping printers and small portable label makers.
The 100x150 mm size is the standard for courier and e-shop labels. Smaller sizes suit product codes, barcodes and shelves.
Niimbot and Dymo
Niimbot labels have codes such as T15x30, R30x20 or RP12x40: the letter indicates the label-maker series and the numbers the dimensions in millimetres. Choose the series your Niimbot supports.
Dymo D1 cassettes are plastic tapes resistant to water and wear, for LabelManager label makers. The most common is 12 mm black on white.
