The most expensive miss: Collector Boosters for a beginner. They are for collecting, not playing – a beginner wants a ready-built deck.

Universes Beyond sets work beautifully as a gift for someone who loves a franchise without playing. The cards stand up as collectibles in their own right.

Where can I find Magic cards in Greece?

At our store in Thessaloniki (Al. Papanastasiou 100) and online at techbox.com.gr, where the whole collection is available.

What should I buy for a beginner?

A starter set or a ready-built Commander deck. Not Collector Boosters – they cost more but are meant for collecting, not playing.

What is the difference between the boosters?

Play Boosters are for playing and deck-building. Collector Boosters contain rare and special printings – for collectors.

What language are the cards in?

The editions we stock are official English ones. Magic is played internationally in English, and its terminology is used that way at Greek tables too.

What age is it for?

Usually 13 and up. It requires reading, arithmetic and strategic thinking. Starter sets are the most approachable for younger players.
