You will not find the characters you know from the original series here. No Starks, no Jon Snow, no Daenerys.
The story takes place when the Targaryens still ruled and had dozens of dragons – long before anything we saw in Game of Thrones.
If the gift is for someone who loves the original series rather than this one, its products are under Game of Thrones.
There is also a third show in the same world, "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms", set ninety years before the original. Three shows, three eras – and their merchandise is not interchangeable.
