Current Position: Store Employee (Full Time)
- Previous experience in a similar position (at least 1 year) required
- Passion for Gaming, Technology & Collectibles
- Experience in sales, customer service, e-shop & order management
- Team spirit, reliability, organization, and eagerness for growth
- Very good knowledge of English (Written/Spoken)
Main Responsibilities
- Sales & customer service in the physical store & by phone
- E-shop order management (picking, packing, shipping)
- Store organization & cleanliness, creating window displays
- Achieving targets and increasing customer satisfaction
