Character background and lore

Hashirama Senju founded Konoha alongside Madara Uchiha and became the village’s First Hokage. Regarded as one of the most powerful shinobi of his time, he is particularly renowned for his exceptional mastery of Mokuton, the Wood Style.

His immense power and his ability to control the Bijū earned him the nickname ‘God of the Shinobi’. Despite this extraordinary strength, Hashirama sought above all to establish lasting peace between the clans, having grown up in an era marked by ceaseless wars between ninja families.

The Reanimation version depicts Hashirama following his resurrection via the Edo Tensei technique. He returns to the battlefield during the Fourth Great Shinobi War, alongside the other former Hokage, and plays a direct role in the decisive battles between the Shinobi Alliance and Madara and Obito.
