The size – the biggest trap
It is the first thing to check, and the most common mistake in online orders.
The same character comes in several very different sizes:
So the same animal can be the size of your hand or the size of half your arm. The photos look identical – only the dimensions tell them apart.
In practice: if the child has seen a particular one online or at a friend's house, ask how big it was. And always read the dimensions on the product page, not just the photo.
"Mystery" means you do not choose
Part of the range comes in sealed capsules or sealed packs, marked "mystery" or "surprise".
In those the character is random. You do not pick – you open and see.
If the child wants a specific one – the dragon with the Tabasco, the unicorn with the Froot Loops – do not buy a mystery. Buy the product that names the character.

Every Snackle is a plush animal holding a miniature of a real branded snack – not an invented one.
That is where the characters come from: the dragon with the Tabasco, the bear with the Hershey's chocolate, the bunny with the Chupa Chups, the elephant with the Mentos.
Each one has its own story: inside the packaging there is a small comic explaining how the character met its snack, along with stickers.

Disney Snackles – a separate line
There is also a range with Disney characters, built on the same idea: each hero with the snack that suits them.
