Sophia F. Shirring joins the Nuclear Gold Reconstruction range in a 1/9 scale Celeste Bunny Ver. version. Inspired by the original Bunny Suit Planning universe created by illustrator Nadare Takamine, this articulated figurine combines a futuristic bunny girl outfit with mechanical equipment designed for aerial combat scenes.

Standing approximately 22 cm tall, Sophia wears a sky-blue and white jumpsuit featuring metallic and translucent finishes. The character’s silhouette is complemented by long rabbit ears, a decorative ribbon and several mechanical units that enhance her futuristic fighter aesthetic.

The figure features an articulated design with a flexible covering intended to conceal some of the joints. This structure helps maintain a harmonious appearance whilst offering good freedom of movement for creating natural poses or more dynamic displays. It is made from a combination of PVC, ABS, silicone and metal components.

Sophia comes with several interchangeable faces with movable eyes, a tool for adjusting the direction of her gaze, and six pairs of hands suited to different situations. The expressions and accessories thus make it easy to vary her display.

Character background and universe (Lore)

Bunny Suit Planning is a project featuring original illustrations created by the Japanese artist Nadare Takamine. This universe reimagines the traditional bunny girl costume by combining it with weapons, armour and futuristic technologies. The characters therefore do not originate from a traditional narrative manga or anime, but from a series of original creations subsequently adapted into figurines and model kits by various manufacturers.

Sophia F. Shirring is one of the main heroines of this universe. Her design is based on the contrast between an elegant outfit inspired by the bunny girl costume and sophisticated mechanical equipment. Her various versions explore a range of combat configurations, from animal-themed armour to flight systems.

In this Celeste Bunny Ver. edition, Sophia adopts a configuration specialising in aerial mobility. Her side-mounted flight units, auxiliary wing and photonic weapons give her the appearance of a fighter capable of manoeuvring swiftly through the air whilst alternating between ranged attacks and close-quarters combat.
