During his journey in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Jedi Knight Cal Kestis must face the occupying forces of the Galactic Empire, which make extensive use of KX-series Security Droids. Originally designed by Imperial Enforcement Data to guard top-secret military compounds, these metal behemoths are renowned for their immense brute strength and their ability to crush their targets in close combat. At the same time, Cal must explore structures from the High Republic era and the lairs of looters who have reactivated ancient relics from the Clone Wars, notably the Trade Federation’s fearsome Droïdeka. Designed by the Colicoids, the Droïdeka is one of the most feared automatons in galactic history thanks to its ability to curl into a ball to move at breakneck speed before deploying an impenetrable deflector shield whilst showering its targets with continuous blaster fire.
