ZEN OF Collectible - CD-TGM-01C Tgm Tian Wei Pink LE - Model Kit 14cm

Discover the TGM Tian Wei in this Pink Limited Edition, a 14 cm mechanical model kit designed by Zen of Collectible. Listed as CD-TGM-01C, this model is part of the Genesis TGM Series and combines angular armour with a particularly vibrant pink colour scheme. This limited edition also stands out for its internal alloy frame, designed to provide greater rigidity and stability to the assembled model.

The Tian Wei features a compact and highly detailed mecha silhouette, with multiple layers of armour plates and numerous exposed mechanical components. The predominantly pink colour scheme is complemented by darker, metallic parts that highlight the various sections of the armour. The model also boasts an extensive arsenal, including a large sword and back-mounted equipment.

Its articulated design allows for a variety of action poses once assembled. The kit combines ABS, POM and die-cast alloy parts, with 20 main body parts and 20 parts making up the internal metal frame. A display stand is also provided to stabilise the Tian Wei during the most dynamic poses.

Water-slide decals are included to complete the model’s finish after assembly. A CR927 battery is required to power the built-in electronic function; the battery is sold separately. The promotional photographs show an assembled and painted model; the final appearance may therefore vary depending on the assembly and finishes applied by the collector.

Origin and background of the model

The CD-TGM-01C Tian Wei is part of a range of original mechas developed by Zen of Collectible and, according to the official information available, does not correspond to a robot from a licensed anime, manga or video game. The manufacturer classifies it as part of its Genesis TGM Series, a collection centred on articulated mechanical models designed for assembly.

The Tian Wei’s design emphasises a mechanical warrior aesthetic, featuring complex armour, substantial offensive weaponry and an internal metal framework. The Pink Limited Edition retains this same design whilst adopting an unusual pink colour scheme that makes it immediately distinguishable from the standard variants in the range.

The model’s appeal therefore lies as much in its visual appearance as in its construction principles. The combination of an alloy chassis, detailed plastic parts, a base, decals and a high degree of articulation brings the Tian Wei closer to mecha kits intended to be assembled, customised and then displayed in various configurations.
