This POP UP PARADE L figurine depicts Hatsune Miku in the outfit created for Hatsune Miku Symphony 2020 ~5th Anniversary~, the orchestral concert celebrating the fifth anniversary of the Miku Symphony project. Inspired by the main visual created by illustrator Rella, it brings this particularly elegant interpretation of the virtual singer to life in a figurine measuring approximately 21.8 cm.

Miku strikes a graceful standing pose, with her arms slightly apart and her hands open. Her white, sleeveless dress is adorned with numerous gold trims, fan-shaped motifs and small stars. Her design is inspired by a gramophone, a theme directly associated with Rella’s Symphony 2020 costume. Several translucent parts are used to capture the lightness and airy feel of the outfit, complemented by gold finishes that enhance its refined aesthetic.

Hatsune Miku’s iconic long turquoise pigtails form sweeping curves around her silhouette and cascade almost to the base. Hatsune Miku is a character associated with voice synthesis software developed by Crypton Future Media. By entering a melody and lyrics into the software, creators can have her perform their own compositions. Since her initial launch in 2007, Miku has become the symbol of a vast collaborative culture bringing together musicians, illustrators, animators and other creators from around the world.

Hatsune Miku Symphony is a concert project that reinterprets the repertoire associated with Hatsune Miku and the other Piapro Characters through orchestral arrangements. The 2020 edition celebrated the fifth anniversary of this concert series and featured several visuals specially designed by Rella. The anniversary theme notably included the song ‘Butai’, composed by JimmyThumb-P.
