Be a gaming powerhouse—that’s our vision at SNK. To achieve this we’ll need to develop world-renowned hits and maximize the value of our iconic IPs. It’s also imperative that we foster a highly appealing work environment for top talent, and leverage that to deliver exciting new experiences to the community at large. We’ll continue to evolve and devote ourselves to the business of video games with that in mind.

What does it mean to be a top 10 global publisher? Our definitions of (and KPIs for) this goal encompass the following: “Rank among the top 10 in terms of game reviews”; “Produce at least one AAA title every few years”; “Become one of the top 10 most recognized publishers”; and “Generate annual sales in excess of $1 billion.” We’ll strive toward these monumental goals, and rise to the occasion whenever challenges present themselves along the way.
