GUNDAM - Model Kit - Real Grade - GN-0000+GNR-010 OO Raiser - 1/144
As in the anime, the 00 Raiser is the combined form of the GN-0000 00 Gundam mobile suit and the GNR-010 0 Raiser support craft: the kit allows you to assemble both models, which then can also be combined together!
Being a Real Grade gunpla model, it's highly detailed, has got numerous articulation points and is characterized by great poseability.
The overall quality is equal to that of a Master Grade gunpla, with the difference that in this case it's all in 1/144 scale.
It features an Advanced MS Joint 7 inner frame.
This Gundam does include:
- 2 x GN Drive generators that can be turned sideways or forward, just like in the cartoon;
- 2 x GN Condensers, to be used as an alternative to GN Drives (as in "Mobile Suit Gundam 00 The Movie - A wakening of the Trailblazer");
- 1 x GN Shield (divisible into two parts that can be placed on the shoulders of the Gundam 00);
- 2 x Beam Sabers;
- 2 x GN Swords II, switchable into Rifle Mode for long-range combat; they can also be combined together (hilt against hilt) to form a halberd;
- 2 x effect parts for GN Swords II;
- 1 x GN Sword III, which is also switchable into Rifle Mode;
- 1 x effect part for GN Sword III to mimic the Raiser Sword activation;
- 4 x different pairs of hands (semi-articulated, clenched fists, set to hold up arms and open);
- 1 x non-painted figurine of pilot Setsuna F. Seiei;
- 1 x non-painted figurine of pilot Saji Crossroad;
- various decals and stickers, partly metallic.
The kit does also contain two adapters to place the mobile suit and the spaceship on an Action Base 2 (produced by Bandai, too, but sold separately).
It's advisable to use a pair of hobby nippers to detach the parts from the runners.
Tweezers come in handy to apply decals and stickers, too.
All components are molded in the right colors. If you prefer to paint the model to give it a more realistic look, it's recommended to use acrylic paints or Gundam Markers.
