Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Directed by Dan O'Bannon in 1985, Return of the Living Dead shakes up the codes of the genre by featuring agile, talking zombies obsessed with devouring living human brains. The plot follows a group of young fringe punks, including the charismatic leader Suicide, who have come to spend the evening in the town cemetery in their convertible. Their lives are turned upside down when a secret military poison gas, Trioxin 245, contaminates the atmosphere and awakens the corpses nearby. Attacked by the undead, Suicide succumbs to his injuries before returning to life as a ferocious zombie. This figurine celebrates the alternative aesthetic and dark humour of this cult horror comedy.
