Origin and background of the character
Akao Akira is a legendary figure and a key character from the protagonists’ past in the hit shōnen manga Sakamoto Days, created, written and illustrated by Yuto Suzuki. A former elite student at the JCC (Japan Clear Creation) alongside Taro Sakamoto and Kei Nagumo, she formed with them an invincible trio of assassins feared throughout the world of contract killers.
