Painkiller is a modern remake of the legendary franchise, offering online co-op gameplay for up to three players and offline play. Fight your way through hordes of demons and titanic horrors in richly designed gothic worlds.
Trapped in purgatory, you’ve been condemned for your sins against the heavens. But the Voice of the Creator offers you a chance at redemption. As one of the Champions, you must stop the fallen angel Azazel, who is preparing to unleash his demonic army upon Earth. Along the way, you’ll face waves of enemies, demons with unique powers, and Azazel’s three monstrous children – the Nephilim.

Purgatory is your playground – Jump, slide, and swing through diverse biomes as you battle enemies with classic and new Painkiller weapons – in co-op mode or offline with bots.
Grotesque horrors await – Face a variety of enemies: from smaller demons to gigantic nightmarish monsters.
Release the pain – Use tarot cards to enhance your abilities and combine them with your teammates’ powers for devastating attacks.
Choose wisely – Play as one of four unique characters – Ink, Void, Sol, or Roch – each with their own strengths in energy, health, power, and damage.
